Mostly it is due to food related/gastroenteritis. Persistent vomiting and diarrhea may result in dehydration, require intravenous fluids and other medicines.try onden 4 mg dispersible tablet under the tongue.to stop vomiting ,Racecadotril cap 100 mg and enterogermina cap two times daily.
Hey!
1st question...ate food outside?
If yes..its acute gastroenteritis ie foodpoisoning..go to some clinic nearby n get fluids n hydrate yourself.
Nothing to worry
If not
2nd question..any flank pain coming down till groin region with any urine symptoms??
If yes.. its renal calculi..get a CT KUB scan done..n go n get admitted to nearby multispeciality hospital
If not
3rd question..any right abdomen pain with yellowish or itchy skin..would be gall bladder issue.
Similarly pain in Central abdomen radiating to back would be pancreatitis..
So let me know what's going on..
If nothing from the above..just chill out n get hydrated
That's all 😎
