Do watch the video about Schizophrenia. ************************************ HINDI - SCHIZOPHRENIA ************************************ Patient ki Dekhbhal karne wale ke liye jaruri Nirdesh. A) Schizophrenia mein kam se kam 2 saal dawa chalu rakhni chahiye. Nahi to bimari jad se nahi jaayegi. Baar Baar aayegi. B) Shuru ke 6 mahine patient ko doctor ko har 15-20 din mein dikhayein. Isse mareej mein aaye sudhar aur Medicine se aane wale side effect dono ki charcha ho pati hai aur upchaar mein jaruri badlaav kiye jaa sakte hain. C) Sayyam rakhein, dawa ka poora fayda aane mein 2-6 mahine lag sakte hain. Dheere Dheere kar ke sabhi taklifon mein fayda aa jata hai. Fayda 2-3 mahine nahi aane par upchaar ke doosre tareeke bhi sath mein prayog mein laye ja sakte hain jaise - dawa mein badlav, counselling ya bat-chit wala upchaar, Psychological Rehabilitation wala upchar. D) Mareej ko bimar samajhkar vyavahar karein. Jyada gussa karne ya unse ladne se unki taklif kam nahi hogi. Rogi ke saath aap bhi sayyam rakhein aur shant vyavahar karein. ********************************** ENGLISH - SCHIZOPHRENIA ********************************** Important instructions for care-giver of the patient. A) In Schizophrenia you need to continue medicines for at least 2 years. If not done properly disease may worsen and will cause problems again and again. B) During initial 6 months Doctor should be consulted every 15-20 days. By doing this we can discuss benefit of Medicines and side effects if any. Based on this discussion changes can be made to your treatment course. C) As medicine's complete action is mostly delayed by 2-6 months, have patience. But slowly and slowly most symptoms and most Patients improve. If medicines alone does not get the patient better other options can be added to the treatment. Like, changing to newer medicines, adding counselling and Psychotherapy to treatment, Psychological Rehabilitation etc. D) Behave with the person as a patient. Understand that he/she is a patient and not doing it willfully. Getting more angry with the patient or fighting with them will not decrease his symptoms. Be patient with them and behave in a loving and peaceful manner.
