Kindly do not stop the prescribed medication abruptly  as it could lead to many undesired situations  including worsening of the previous  illness and poor response to medications in the future. Kindly consult a Psychiatrist for  guidance  on the further treatment plan suited to your  needs.

Discontinuing medicines should be done under strict supervision of a psychiatrist. Abrupt stopping can lead to unwanted withdrawal symptoms and even relapse of illness. The recurrence depends on type of illness and past history which requires detail assessment. But bottom line is it xan reoccur especially if a complete treatment course isnt followed.
Next Steps
Dont stop your medicines suddenly. Consult a psychiatrist
