I am 32yr old male non smoker and non alcoholic i am having issue with mood swings remain very low on mood most of the times feel irritated and doesnt want to go out feel cut out with world not able to mix up with people or surrounding,feel negativity most of the time.kindly suggest something..thanks in advance .

If you have been having low mood state, low motivation, frequent negative thoughts and irritable behaviour for more than two weeks it might be indicative of mental health issues.

If you have fallen into a cycle of not wanting to do anything, it is important to break that cycle. Try this:
1) try to do one simple thing that you need to do like, personal hygiene, opening window and curtains, making bed,stretching etc. Keep it simple. Start small. Just try doing one simple thing everyday.
2) when you feel irritated, try to focus on how your body feels when you breathe. It will help you calm down.
