Sir/mam, four months ago I had a dream where I am hurting my mom. I got panicked. After that this thought is coming in my mind when ever I see my mom. Or read any where mother word. It's feel like it stuck in my subconscious mind. Also every thing looks meaningless for me. I am getting emotionally weak 😩. How can i come out of it. Sometimes I think it will never be go out from my mind then I think of suicide. Anything I am doing this thought is coming in my mind even when I am studying. Plzz help me out.

Please take immediate counselling support or inform about your feeling to trusted person. Best would be a counselor as the inputs will be based on your life events and not biased.
