Psychiatrist problem

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am a 28 years old male. I had some real life issues, pressures, and some small slight panicking from time to time. Some people gave me a medicine called Xanax ( alprozolam ) with no prescription and under the effect of it i felt much better. Of course i do not want to take this medication and i want to see a doctor to maybe set a better benzodiazepine prescribed for me that is totally legal and avoid any illegal activity. Please help. Thanks
