Hello, Last night my husband who is 36y. Suddenly felt breathing issue he felt like some attack he don't know what is happening with him we went emergency care and they gave medication. In serious I did not ask doctor abt exactly what issue but he said low bp but we checked it was normal Pls let me know what exactly it is. From some days aftr lockdown he is working from home continuously from 10am to 12pm bcz there is no other option for time pass he is working under pressure. His TL is lady who is very arrogant and rude who insults everyone directly if any mistakes in work. From few days he is facing an issue with her not only my husb but all colleagues in office becz of this he is taking full tensions and not even speaking with me properly. I want to know wt happ to him last ngt suddenly and how to deal this work pressure.

Hi, Looks like he had panic episode.  During present covid pandemic, it very common to experience panic episodes, anxiety and depression. Anxiety is a very common part of our life. We should know how to deal with it and learn coping skills, as life keeps throwing challenges at us.
