Hello doctor, a few years back I saw jagar in my neighbour(Jagar" is a form of ancestor spirit worship practiced in the hills of Uttarakhand, (Kumaon as well as Garhwal). It is a medium or way in which Gods and local deities are called or waked from their dormant stage and asked for favors or remedies for certain problems plaguing the person.) Seeing those supernatural activities scared the hell out of me. Since then  body started behaving differently, a bad different. I started having some phobia in standing, I used to think I may fall, * hearing loud noises haunted me, *travelling in car or moped or any vehicle scared me, travelling caused me feel dizzy. And doctor I am still suffering from these problems. My heart beats at  double rate when I find myself in above situation. Please help doctor Regards Naval
