Psoriasis Arthritis
I'm taking Khadirarishta and Maha Manjishtadi khada ( both Sandu Pharma brand)  each 20 ML twice a day after food for the last 3 months. Also Punarnavasa 20 ML once daily after food.  I got a complete cure from Psoriasis and arthritis pains. Shall I continue the same for a long time. No other medicines worked for me including English and Homeo. 95% of my body effected and all joints. Now almost cleared. Note: Don't recommend physical consultation. I reject those comments strictly.

Namastey It’s very good to hear that you’ve achieved almost complete relief after such severe involvement (95% skin + multiple joints). That indicates the medicines are suiting your prakriti and disease stage very well. For the continuous use of such Asav and Arushta, These formulations are generally safe, but Asavas/arishtas contain natural self-generated alcohol (around 5–10%), Long-term continuous use in full dose may mildly stress liver or digestion in some individuals, thus Once disease is controlled, maintenance strategy is better than full-dose continuation. We have seen cases where patients took Asavas and Arishtas continuously for months and years and later they got serious irreversible complications, so better you main a gap of at least 3-4 weeks. Your health issues are autoimmune in nature, so diet and lifestyle correction is the main causative factor, thus you should work on correcting them as well for full permanent treatment.
Next Steps

Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune tendency. If medicines are stopped suddenly after long-term use, relapse risk increases. •Do not continue the same full dose •Shift to a maintenance dose for 3 more months. •If stable after 3months, then gradually taper.
Next Steps
Avoid known triggers stress. irregular sleep, curd , excess non-veg, fermented food, alcohol etc Maintain gut health Do oil application + sunlight exposure
Health Tips
If no recurrence for 6 months after tapering you can stop & Keep only seasonal detox under supervision of your doc( virechan, raktmokshan)
