  4. Psoriasis and psoriasis arthritis. That?

I have psoriasis in scalp, back, legs. And i have psoriasis arthritis in shoulder and hand. I was taking methotrexate tablet 1/week. Now that medicine is not available. Is there any alternative medicine or any homeopathic treatment for that? Please state the power and dosage. Thank you
