Hi, My father is of age 67 having PSA level 6.476 and facing urine problem as he has to go again and again. Please advise what should be done. Thanks Ved

Psa of 6.4 is marginally high... The raise psa can be because of many reasons like infection, cancer , and also for large prostates marginally high psa can be expected. As far as urinary complaints are concerned, those are symptoms of BPH , which is quite common for this age . Take a consultation for detailed discussion.
