PSA 35 ng/mL in a 66-year-old is significantly high and needs further evaluatin, even if he only has mild night urination.
It does not automatically mean cancer, but prostate cancer must be ruled out.
Next steps:
Do urine routine & culture (rule out infection).
Repeat PSA after 1 week (avoid ejaculation before test).
Plan multiparametric MRI prostate.
If MRI is suspicious â prostate biopsy.
Do not ignore it, but donât panic.Proper evaluation is essential.
