Well of course there are lot of genuine as well as sham products available on the market shelves in the name of whey protein . But I know that our genetics is way stronger hence it does know what’s real & whats sh so it’s always better to have simple food sources which can give you the real benefit of whey instead so you save both on your pocket & your brainstorm

Well a few natural sources you can have post workouts are 1. Spirulina -1 tsp in 1 glass lime water. 2. Homemade cottage cheese & its water 3. Sattu sharbat in lime water 4. Roasted dry nuts powdered in plant milk

There have been serious recommendations from NIN-ICMR that Indian population has to be careful about amount of protein consumed. So only if you are doing very heavy gyming you need to take whey protein.

It's better to have natural sources of Proteins that come from Pulses, Lentils, Milk and Milk Products, Instead of Consuming only whey.

Healthy evening, Regular adding whey protein to your diet can help to reduce inflammation, lower risk of negative health effects, and help lower high cholesterol level especially “bad” cholesterol. It depends on your height and weight Don’t take long run any supplements take on and off periods.
