First please specify whether its the baby's renal pelvis or yours. If it is yours your gynecologist will deal with it. I will reply assuming it's the baby's since I am a pediatric urologist. Prominent renal pelvis means mild swelling or hydronephrosis in both kidneys. 80% of the times it is physiological meaning it's normal and will disappear by the time baby is born. In rest 20% it may need some treatment whether medical or surgical. But since a lot of conditions can cause hydronephrosis I can't go in to the details of each. But whatever it is can be dealt with.
Next Steps
You will need to undergo regular ultrasounds to track the size of the dilatation. we can comment more on seeing these size values and their progress. If it progresses baby will need a few tests after being born.
Health Tips
For now just relax and enjoy your pregnancy. Hopefully it will be just physiological. Even if not it can be dealt with successfully later on
