Prolonged neck pain
I have been having a neck pain for almost 6 days now. It's a muscle pain and occurs whenever I move my neck in any direction or even when I walk down the stairs. The pain area is lower part of neck and the area between the neck and shoulders. It has been quite painful and taking Aspirin didn't help much with the pain. If I sit with a straight neck, I still have an underlying pain which worsens when I move the neck. I feel better when I lie down. On a scale of 1-10, it's a 3 or 4 depending on how much I move my neck. It's causing a mild elevation in temperature due to this prolonged pain. Any help would be great!

You are 28 year old. So it should not be a degenerative disorder. For pain you can take a preparation containing Diclofenac, Serratio peptidase. Use Volini gel, get an X-ray cervical spine done and consult a Orthopaedic surgeon.
