Prolong use of laxative for anal fissure

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am 27 years old Male(height 5ft.6in, weight 60kg). I am suffering from anal fissures from past 1 year(2017). I am prescribed a laxative (cremaffin plus) by my doctor and it is showing results also. but my problem is that I have been using it since 10 months continuously. Does it have any side effects on my body? if yes, is there any other replacement which do not have serious side effects?
