Problem in Periods after baby delivery
Hi, I had my baby a year ago and have not had my period return since delivery. I am still breastfeeding, but only during the night. We are planning to conceive our second child soon through ICSI using frozen embryos, just like with my first pregnancy. I’m concerned because my menstrual cycle hasn’t resumed yet. Is there anything I can do — either through diet, lifestyle changes, or supplements — to help stimulate the return of my periods and prepare my body for the embryo transfer?

If your pregnancy is negative then it could be due to breastfeeding. You can take hormonal pills to induce periods.
