I am 27 years of age, 55kgs and 5feet 6inches tall. Though my Bmi falls under normal range i need to put on some weight. I am having a pretty high metabolism so i need to eat every 2 hours but i am not able to eat too much. There has been a problem for me to put on weight as a result my arms are quite thin. Looking for a diet plan and tips which helps me to gain weight.
