Prevention of pimples before periods
I dont have an acne prone skin but i tend to get a pimple or two just before periods. How to prevent these pimples after occuring. My dermat perscribed me 0.04% tretinoin to be applied on whole face. I wanted to know how to use tretinoin and how many times. Would it prevent these pimples from occuring

Tretinoin should be applied a very thin layer and that too at night only. As it causes increased sun sensitivity, you need to apply a good sunscreen 3-4 times at daytime. If any irritation, use with a moisturizer. You should also add a salicylic based facewash and anti acne gel for the best results.
