Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am 26 years old.i have a problem of premature ejaculation from last 12 years.I ejaculate within 5 seconds of erection. I am taking the ayurvedic treatment for this from last one year from patanjali,but of no use.My penis muscles are very weak.Now the problem of urine dribbling has also started from last one year.My prostate gland is normal in size. So please recommend some good treatment for this problem.
