Pregnant again afer delivery in 4 months

Hi, My wife had a C-section delivery on November 25, 2016 and we had a healthy baby. Now my wife is pregnant again. We didn't plan for this. We really don't know how our calculations of our dates goes wrong. Now the question is What is the risk for delivering a baby again in a year ? What is the risk of aborting the baby ? Mentally also we are not prepared for another baby. Thanks

Hello...... You should have used condom, Doctor advice you couple on this issue.. 4 month after delivery .. Increased level of progesterone wouldn't allow endometrium for implantation....you couple consult gynaecologist and go as per her advice.. Breastfeeding shouldn't be stopped.
