My wife is pregnant by 3weeks but she has found pus cells 12 hpf and urine cloudy ... doctor says it's an infection but says nothing to worry...she has given amoxicillin plus magnesium citrate plus dihydrogestorone....Is everything Okay or anything to worry??

But you need to give a urine sample for culture and sensitivity test before starting antibiotics. better to give a sample for the test and then start on antibiotics. If she has symptoms like increasing urinary frequency or burning while passing urine, then it needs to be treated
