  4. Pregnancy related. Do about this pain?

I am a new mother and I delivered baby on 6th April 2018. My back and stitches is paining when I feed to my child. Taking iron and calcium medicines too. So please suggest me for how long I need to take these medicines and what to do about this pain? Please let me know asap.
