Pregnancy issue

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I did prega news pregnancy test. It turned out negative. I also went for sonography but there is nothing in there. No signs of pregnancy shown clearly(pregnancy word was not mentioned only) how can I read and conclude from my reports that whether I am pregnant or not. Please help.
