Pregnancy issue after miscarriage. Sex.

My wife have had a miscarriage last year...since from last 3 month we were trying for baby ... bt didn't succeed then after consulted a gyno ...he referred a USG pelvic test .the report is attached of USG pelvic is enclosed...in the report doctor says there is very small cyst in ovary...bt it can't be issue for conceiving...so is it psbl..does cyst can't make issue for pregnancy...and.. thyroid range of my wife is 6.38.i.e is high as said by doctor..so doctor prescribed medicines of thyronorm 25 UG OD and Tab of Folvite MB 1 TAB Daily for six month..so..i just wanna know is everything thing ok..or matter of concern...and also doctor advised.. don't stressed for baby during sex.. otherwise..it won't work..stress affects sperms quality...plz help..
