Miscarriage
Hello Doctor, I would like to discuss my concern regarding my pregnancy. During the TVF scan, internal bleeding was noted. The pregnancy was measuring 6 weeks and 2 days, with a sac size of 4.9 mm. A repeat scan done 10 days later showed no growth. I am currently taking Duphaston, but my doctor has advised me to stop it. I would like to know if there is still any chance for this pregnancy or if this indicates a  miscarriage. In case of miscarriage, would a D&C be necessary, or can it be resolved naturally on its own? Kindly advise.

It's an early pregnancy failure.Naturally you will start bleeding but it might  take time.  You can go with medicines to clear the products. D&c is one more option.
