Pregnancy after laparoscopic ovarian dr

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I was undergone laparoscopic ovarian drilling for PCOS on April 2 and from that time am regular on my cycles, I completed 3rd cycle this month and today on CD22, Doctor has prescribed me to take Letrozole 2.5mg for 5 days from CD3, was done with medication, even last month I took same medication but didn't conceive, what could be problem though am getting regular cycles I plz do suggest, in another 10days am gonna celebrate my first anniversary that means it's been 1 year I got married. Usually how long it takes to conceive after laparoscopic ovarian drilling
