My gf and I had sex in feb almost after a month she had her period normally but now she is due by more than 40days now .
Could it be a sign of pregnancy ?

Could be because I don't know about flow.If flow was less then confirm by Bhcg it is blood test and accurate result will come .If negative consult to gynecologist for medicine of withdrawal.

Yes it could be a sign of pregnancy specially if she gives a history of previous reduced flow during periods.
Do a urine pregnancy test by kit at home to clear this doubt
