  4. Pregnancy 7 week. Is anything serious?

I am 7 week pregnant I saw brown spot on 8th April and went to doctor she did a ultrasound scan and told baby heartbeat is 140 and its CRL is 0.9cm and gave me injection and tablets for three day but still every morning when i woke up i see brown spot only in the morning is anything serious
