Today I noticed very light bleeding and a blood clot..what could be the reason?I am little worried.Is everything normal?

If you mean to say that you are bleeding with pregnancy..then you need to get yourself checked by a gynaecologist near you. Take bed rest now and consult a gynaecologist tomorrow for an ultrasound
