We are planning for pregnancy. In the meanwhile I gained weight because of my job activities. From past 2 months, I gained much more weight as I'm at home. Now I want to be in proper weight by regular exercise. I want to know whether the cardio exercises like running, jumping & skipping can effect the pregnancy to happen. Because I'm habituated to them. Even my periods are also very regular.
