I am suffering from lower throat pain very mild and every time I want to clear my throat and having soreness I have taken azithromycin 250 3days it will not effective. Which tablets I have to use

You can take paracetamol 650 tds for throat pain. Gargle with warm salt water for relief. If Azithromycin is not working , you might need other medicines for cure.
