Runny nose mild fever n mild throat pain
Good evening! Yesterday evening I've started to feel mild throat pain and runny nose and today evening my body temperature was 99.5 F at 7 o clock and I took dolo 650 n at 11:00 body temperature got reduced to 98.2 and mild throat pain and runny nose is still there and 1 week back I've gone out in rain n ate outside food for 2 days! Is this typhoid?? Can anyone help me with this please!

1. Have soft diet like porridge, toast, Khichdi, Idlis , etc
2. Take warm fluids/soft food more frequently in small quantities
3. Warm water with added honey, tea are good for colds
4. Have a lot of fluids to keep yourself hydrated. Don't only drink plain water, but also include tender coconut water, vegetable soup and fresh fruit juices (with no added sugar).
