Posterior nose bleeding

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am 20 years old male, suffering posterior nose bleeding....i find blood from cough when it comes from nose into mouth.....it happens 2-3 times per month but not lasts longer....So next day bleeding stops automatically....what can be the cause of this...and what should i do?

Common causes of Nose bleed include. Blunt Trauma. Foriegn Bodies - nose picking . Infections - cold etc. Hypertension. Drugs like aspirin. Vitamin c and vitamin k deficiency. Some blood disorders.
