Post pregnancy joint pain
I have been having some knee pain post pregnancy.i consulted ortho doc.he upon seeing x rays said joint is in good shape but my knee pain is due to niggles caused due to dint of weight gain.i am doing physio exercises daily as advised.still i have some pain.i am not given with any tablets as i am still breast feeding.i am worried as knee pain persists for month.what can be done about it?
