I have delivered twins via c-section and it's been 2 months.. I now noticed there is skin lump kind protruding from my anus and is painful when I pass my stool..I also have constipation..there is no other symptoms..
I noticed there is another Small lump beside it now..
Is this piles? If yes what are the treatment options available as I am breastfeeding..

it is not piles but called as anal fissure. this is the result of ur constipation. drink 4 to 5 litters of water and take Kayam churna tablets 2 tabs at night. that will releive ur problems
