I delivered in march and I got my periods today i am exclusive breastfeeding motherboard as per some article I have read if we get periods for 5months of post delivery then it is like breast milk quantity will be reduced can anybody answer to this I am afraid I am planning feed for another 7months or so

No it's not like that ,u may continue to breast feed as long as u want to.
