Irregular periods post delivery

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hello, I gave birth to a baby 12 weeks ago via c sec. Post delivery I bled for 4 weeks then spotting for some time. Week 6 I got period and again I am getting periods every 2 weeks. I bfeed baby with formula at night. I have got ultrasound pelvis done as well and everything was fine in that.

Connect please. Irregular periods can occur post delivery. If ultrasound is normal no need to worry. If you have started being sexually active post delivery then do a urine pregnancy test.
