When can i get my periods post delivery
Hi, Its been 4 months my sister delivered a baby boy.. but didn't get periods yet. Do she need to use any medicine to get the periods or  wait for periods.. Thank you

You can wait for  periods...but still you  take precautions  during  sexual  intercourse  (barriers  like condoms)there is chances  of pregnancy  in this period  also

This is due to lactation but still she should go for pregnancy test and  if negative she should start Tab yaz once a day for 28 days and  for 6 months

Post delivery you can even take even up to 1 year to get your periods back specially so if you are exclusively breastfeeding.... your period can be delayed till the time you are breastfeeding exclusively..and can be even irregular till the time u r lactating..
