I recovered from covid 20 days ago, but here is something that i have seen on my throat. I feel pain in throat sometime, also no nose block, no breathing issue, no fever, little headache and jaw pain. Also sometimes i feel like my tongue is being pulled from inside.
I also have sinus issue. So please suggest what it is?

It's granular pharyngitis ... Can be due to a recovery phase of covid ... Plz use betadine gargles and avoid hot and spicy food ... Maintain good oral hygiene in case the symptoms persist plz consult an ent specialist
