Post anal fissure surgery
I had my fissure surgery 6 weeks ago on November 6th 2022. It was healed within 2 weeks. December 1st week I had food poisoning and was constipated, from then I have bleeding every Time I pass stools. I consulted my surgeon she said there is little redness in the Anus and she said it could be mild infection and prescribed ointments it didn't stop my bleeding still. I have mild pain also after passing stools. Why is it happening
