NT Scan =Normal Thyroid test result as below T3=2.73 ng/mL T4=24.12 micro g/dL TSH=<0.05 mIU/L Result indicate Hyperthyroidism Dual Marker test report at 13 weeks as below Trisomy21= 1:47 (Positive Risk) Trisomy18/13= 1:16 (Positive Risk) Trisomy 21 age Risk= 1:99 PAPP-A=0.737mIU/ml Free beta hCG 1T=16.47 ng/ml Please suggest further course of action...one of my friend is suggesting for MTP...Please advice

Go for amniocentesis. It is confirmatory test. Since you are 36 years, age related risk will be there too in future pregnancies so go for amniocentesis.

Dual test is just a screening test U need a diagnostic test U can choose either nipt or aminocentesis
