It's a high risk of downs syndrome
Double marker being just a screening test Amniocentesis needs to be done for confirmation
So according to the amniocentesis reports you can proceed ahead with further treatment

Hello dual marker is just a screening test . It will only tell you that out of 58 babies one will have downs syndrome. You can be that ONE or you can be in rest 57. That's why the fluid around the baby is tested to confirm. So go for it .
When Double Marker test comes positive, you need to do Amniocentesis, which helps in further decision making and for any Test there are some risks and False positives and False negatives.
