Poor sexual health
Dear Doctor,
I am aged 31, unmarried individual.Due to indulgence in PMO since age of 13, i am facing poor sexual health issues like soft or poor erections, slight pain in penis on erection, thin semen, semen leakage on any obscene thought or scene.
Are these symptoms curable permanently and what is way ahead ?
Please suggest.

It needs proper evaluation in terms of semen analysis, hormone profile, physical examination as well as ultrasound
