Plz give interpretation of report

Question

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Since 10 days iam suffering from only fever with body pain(no other symptoms) i was taken tablets of paracetamol (8 days thrice a day) and cefpodoxime(5 days twice a day) but even no improvement in condition till 9th day, after taking tablet some temporary relief was thereg. But now 10th day I have no fever and all, I also checked for blood on 10th day, it came all parameters(CBC, liver function test, kidney function test) are normal. Widal test report, S typhi TO 1:160, TH 1:160, AH , BH none
