Sir,My son dhanush aged about 11years got adenoids he breathe through his mouth nd makes to noise through his mouth our ENT doctor advised to get him surgery but we parents are not happy to get him surgery because the problems continuous after surgery we are afraid off. EVEN my daughter aged 7years also getting same problem.

Adenoid hypertrophy sometimes may respond to steroid nasal sprays for few months. If it does not reduce by sprays then surgery is the only option. Usually adenoid surgery is very successful and chances of failure or complications is very low
