So Partner tested HIV non-reactive at 60 days and Condom used, exposure minimal.
Your symptoms are NOT HIV symptoms.
Hence HIV risk is extremely low
For reassurance, do 4th-gen HIV test at 90 days.

As patient(the girl) is negative on HiV card tests, the likelihood of her being infected with HIV is very low. As you are also tested negative on rapid card(as the duration is not given from exposure after which test was done)which again tells that the chances of acquired infection is very low. So there are very minimal chances but to be very sure like in cases of anxiety you can go ahead with P24 antigen and a repeat HIV 1/2 rapid card test and if both tests are negative you are safe.
