First of all you should start taking a high fibre diet, incorporate more of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads in diet.. Drink plenty of water....You should always take walk after meals and follow daily workout regime....With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...take syp duphalac 10 ml at night time with milk or warm water....Consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.

I agree with what other Drs. said. plus for pain u can apply ointment like Anovate or shield or proctosedyl before n after passing stool. Isub gull is another option to take fiber before sleep ,2-3 measures in warm milk at night. Also eat 4-5 dates after dinner as that will help to crease Hb level in yr blood n it has plenty of fibers.
