Stool softener Anal fissured
I've had hard stools last night. This has caused fissures and maybe haemmoroids today morning. I want to take stool softeners immediately to prevent more problems. What are the softeners that I can take. I have already shifted to a high fibre diet and am exercising daily and drinking lots of water.
