Pain while passing stool
Hi When ever I have spicy food or anything Hot, while passing stool it causes pain and hurts. Can you please suggest how this can be treated.

Looks like you have Anal fissure where small cut is there in anal lining,hence when you eat spicy food it hurts.Take lots of liquids, avoid spicy foods,fiber rich diet,avoid constipation.it will heal slowly.

U history suggestive of anal fissure. Due to erosion of mucosa of rectal area. This can be treated with life style modifications and medications.
